Perception is the foundation of learning
Before a child can understand the world, they need to perceive it.
Perception is the process by which the brain filters information, detects patterns, interprets stimuli and makes rapid decisions.
The brain learns by recognising patterns. When a child observes, experiments and explores, their brain builds neural maps. These maps make it possible to recognise situations, anticipate outcomes, make quick decisions and solve problems.
This process is the basis of what we call intuition. It is implicit knowledge built on experience and perception.
The program
What is the Esencia program?
An innovative educational program designed for pupils aged 9 to 12 that strengthens skills that matter for life.
The project combines cognitive development, emotional intelligence, intuitive perception and collaborative learning.
Children take part in a series of activities designed to stimulate perceptual abilities that conventional education rarely works on.
Childhood holds natural capacities for perception, intuition and sensitivity that tend to fade over time if they are not developed. The Esencia program exists to bring those abilities into education.
How do we do it?
Through hands-on experiences, perceptual games and collaborative activities, participants discover inner capacities that the traditional education system rarely stimulates.
Eight experiential sessions designed to strengthen the cognitive, emotional and perceptual skills that directly shape learning, decision-making, creativity, deep understanding and self-confidence.
The impact of the program is assessed through specific indicators that gather the experience of participants, teachers and families.
Education is changing. The education of the future also trains intuition, and develops it.

What do participants develop?
In a safe, playful environment guided by specialist coaches.
Attention and concentration
Pupils improve, broaden and train their ability to focus, observe and sustain attention, developing greater mental clarity and sensory perception.
Emotional intelligence
They learn to recognise their own emotions and those of others, strengthening their emotional regulation.
Confidence in their intuition
They discover that their inner perception can be a valuable tool. They build self-confidence and learn to listen to their intuition and recognise internal signals.
Teamwork
Activities are done cooperatively, developing social skills.

Exploration, imagination and problem-solving are encouraged.

Esencia accompanies children aged 9 to 12 in developing their attention, confidence, perception and emotional intelligence through games, experiences and practical activities.
